Announcing Aklivity’s AWS Competency
Aklivity has earned the AWS Data and Analytics Competency strengthening our ability to help customers build with confidence.

After a multi-month technical and business evaluation, I’m thrilled to announce that Aklivity has earned the AWS Data and Analytics Competency.
This is an important milestone for our company, our customers, and the future we are building.
Enterprises are moving into a new phase of data architecture. Data is no longer something that can sit behind batch pipelines, static warehouses, and tightly coupled integrations. It has to move in real time. It has to be governed from the start. It has to be available to applications, analytics platforms, AI systems, and business partners without creating new security or operational risk.
What Is the AWS Data and Analytics Competency?
The AWS Data and Analytics Competency recognizes AWS Partners with demonstrated technical expertise and proven customer success in data and analytics.
It is a rigorous AWS validation. Partners must show they can help customers collect, store, govern, and analyze data at scale on AWS. They must demonstrate strong architecture, operational maturity, security practices, and real customer outcomes.
For Aklivity, this recognition validates our role in the modern data stack.
We help organizations turn real-time data streams into governed APIs. We help teams expose operational data safely. We help enterprises connect systems, teams, and partners without losing control of their data plane.
Why It Matters
The next generation of enterprise software will be real time.
AI agents, analytics platforms, customer-facing applications, and partner ecosystems all depend on fresh, trusted, accessible data. But access without governance creates risk. Governance without usability slows the business down.
Companies need both.
They need data to move faster. They need access to be controlled. They need integration to be simpler. They need infrastructure that can support real-time workloads without creating fragile point-to-point systems.
Aklivity brings these requirements together.
Our work sits at the intersection of event streaming, APIs, governance, and secure data exchange. We believe this is where modern enterprise architecture is heading. Data will not only be stored and queried. It will be streamed, governed, productized, and consumed in real time.
AWS has become a foundation for that transformation. Earning the AWS Data and Analytics Competency strengthens our ability to help customers build it with confidence.
The Evaluation Process
AWS evaluated our technical capabilities, customer impact, architectural approach, and operational practices. This included review of our solution on AWS, our security posture, our delivery model, and evidence from real customer work.
Customers need more than software. They need partners who can help them move critical data workloads into production. They need confidence that the architecture will scale. They need confidence that governance, security, and reliability are built in from the beginning.
This recognition confirms that Aklivity meets that bar.
What It Means for Aklivity Moving Forward
This milestone sharpens our focus. We will continue to invest in real-time data APIs, Kafka-native connectivity, event-driven architecture, and secure data sharing on AWS. We will continue to help enterprises move from static integration patterns to live, governed data products. We will continue to make operational data easier to access, easier to control, and easier to use.
The market is moving in this direction.
AI needs real-time context. Analytics needs trusted data. Applications need live events. Enterprises need governance across all of it.
Aklivity is building the infrastructure for that future.
Earning the AWS Data and Analytics Competency is recognition of the work already done. More importantly, it is a signal of where we are going.
