If you face a problem with an Aklivity product, please post a Slack message in the #support channel (or directly message your Aklivity contact) with the following details:
- Product, environment & version
Indicate which Aklivity product you're using, and if applicable, it's version as well as the cloud vendor and instance types it's running on. Please include any other information you consider relevant.
- Problem description
A detailed description of the problem.
- How to reproduce
Please describe the steps to reproduce the problem.
Please include any logs as attachments.
